MIAMI (May 19, 2015) — Motorsport LLC today announced that it has acquired WorldCarFans.com - one of the world's largest online auto enthusiast publications. The acquisition will become part of the company’s Motor1.com portfolio.
The acquisition adds to the Company’s impressive online media portfolio which includes Motorsport.com, the world’s leading source for motor racing content featuring the largest database of motorsports images, and video library, along with digital platform Motorsport.tv - the brand’s automotive and motorsports-themed video library.
